WHO: For everyone, but limited to 10 (until further notice)
WHAT: Burner Club is a cardiovascular conditioning workout using body weight and dumbbells to elevate your heart rate and burn some calories in a class-style setting.
WHEN: Beginning August 7: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:30pm (30 minutes each) and Saturdays @ 8am (one hour)
WHERE: Serious Results Personal Training located at 1150 Parker Square, Flower Mound, TX. You’ll probably find us outside on the square whenever possible.
WHY: Camaraderie, exercise, improving your conditioning, maybe you want another reason to get out of the house (haha!)
PRICE: $100 monthly, or there is a Saturdays only option, but you have to speak to Adam about that.
