My own fitness journey began in 1997, I started reading and learning about the body and what it needs to not only lose weight but to be HEALTHY as well. I applied what I was learning and quickly loved the feeling of being in control of how my body looked and felt. In 2007 I decided I wanted to share with others how they too could take back the control of their lives. I received my Cooper Elite Personal Training Certificate and started training clients at LA Fitness. A few months into this I realized something was missing…YOGA! I expanded my knowledge and became a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor. In 2017 I went a step further and obtained my Precision Nutrition Certificate so I could better help my clients with nutrition goals. I love working with people and showing them that it doesn’t have to be the hardest thing in the world to be healthy. My goal for each of my clients, is that they learn to find balance. Balance in workouts, balance in food choices, balance in life. With the right tools you can do anything! I provide the tool box, you provide the commitment and together we can turn your body into a TUF Body!
