  • weekly, online lessons concerning each of the 8 Healthy Habits highlighted in this program
  • weekly LIVE online coaching sessions with Coach Debra

  • access to a nationwide community of other women participating in the program

  • up to four 1-on-1 mindset coaching sessions with Debra (for use within the 8 weeks)

  • BONUS: 10 days of “Do Anywhere” workouts –  minimal equipment needed

OPTIONAL: Add Remote Exercise Programming (recommended for brand new or returning clients).
