The Return of Burner Club

WHO: For everyone: current Serious Results clients and others!

WHAT: Burner Club is a cardiovascular conditioning workout using body weight and dumbbells to elevate your heart rate and burn some calories in a class-style setting. You choose your training frequency: Saturdays only, 2 or 3 sessions weekly, or unlimited!

WHEN: Session I September 10 – October 13

Monday thru Thursday 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Saturday 7:00 – 8:00 am

WHERE: Serious Results Personal Training located at 1150 Parker Square, Flower Mound, TX. You’ll find us outside on the square whenever possible.

WHY: Camaraderie, exercise, improving your conditioning, maybe you want another reason to get out of the house (haha!)

WHAT TO BRING: Bring a mat, if you have one. Bring your water bottle and a towel. Bring a ready-to-work attitude and your smiles!

PRICES (per 5-week Burner Block): UnlimitedĀ  – $185

3 workouts/week – $115

2 workouts/week – $90

Saturdays only – $50
