All sessions are an hour long.

Of course! We include this for every person no matter their goals.

It is a 4:1 ratio of client to coach, and each person has their very own program. We find that clients love this model because they still have the community and support of working out alongside others, while having a program that is designed especially for them and their goals.

Well, that’s a tough one to answer — we might see you from 2 to 5 hours a week (depending on your plan), so the rest of your week is up to you! We can estimate how long it’ll take if you follow the specific plan we give you. Your adherence to that plan is up to you!

This varies based on your personal goals and motivations. Some people are more serious about making quick progress while others want to take a more casual approach. Everyone has an Accountability Coach they can rely on for check-ins and guidance.

Our personal training prices range from $520 – $880/mo depending on your frequency.
