What programs do you offer?
We are a private personal training studio offering Semi-Private Personal Training for our clients. "Semi-private' means that you work out alongside others, but your workout is personalized for you based on your goals and current abilities.
This is not a group workout or group fitness class. Nor is it one-on-one.
In addition to in-person training, we also have:
- Online personal training - Good for those on a budget, out-of-towners, or those whose schedules don't align with ours. Preferably also self-motivated and comfortable in a gym setting. Must have access to a commercial or well-equipped home gym.
- Nutrition coaching - Good for those who want to learn how to properly fuel themselves while also reaching personal wellness goals.
- Mindset coaching - Good for those who know what to do and why they should do it, but find themselves struggling to actually stick to it for more than a week or so.
- Metabolic testing - Find out your resting metabolic rate to know how many calories you burn at rest, or your VO2max for ultimate performance improvements.
