What programs do you offer?

We are a private personal training studio offering Semi-Private Personal Training for our clients. "Semi-private' means that you work out alongside others, but your workout is personalized for you based on your goals and current abilities. 

This is not a group workout or group fitness class. Nor is it one-on-one.

In addition to in-person training, we also have:

  • Online personal training - Good for those on a budget, out-of-towners, or those whose schedules don't align with ours. Preferably also self-motivated and comfortable in a gym setting. Must have access to a commercial or well-equipped home gym.
  • Nutrition coaching - Good for those who want to learn how to properly fuel themselves while also reaching personal wellness goals. 
  • Mindset coaching - Good for those who know what to do and why they should do it, but find themselves struggling to actually stick to it for more than a week or so.
  • Metabolic testing - Find out your resting metabolic rate to know how many calories you burn at rest, or your VO2max for ultimate performance improvements.
  • In-House supplements

The price for semi-private personal training begins at $520/mo. Price is impacted by how many days each week you're scheduled to workout with us.

We train people to get stronger while also improving their cardiovascular fitness so that they can be ready for life's curve balls.

The way to get started is to schedule a S.A.N.E. Assessment. This stands for Sleep, Activity, Nutrition, Ethos, by the way. We'll talk about your current lifestyle and what goals you have. Then we'll be able to recommend a pathway for you to get started - whether you choose to work with us or not.

You'll also do a brief physical assessment so we can see how you move and you can see what it's like to have one of our coaches instructing you. Ideally, you both work well together and decide to keep the momentum by getting you on our coaching schedule! But if that's not the case, then we won't pressure you. We hate sales pressure!

We aren't salespeople, we're coaches.

You'll work one-on-one with a Behavior Change Specialist on a weekly basis to discuss how you can fit your goals into your current lifestyle.
