Lynne and her hubby, affectionately known as “Beefcakes,” came to Serious Results after having worked with other local trainers who placed limits on their capacity based solely on their age.
Serious Results created a program based on their SANE assessment, and both Beefcakes and Lynne have improved their strength and quality of life more than they thought possible.
