The way to get started is to schedule a S.A.N.E. Assessment. This stands for Sleep, Activity, Nutrition, Ethos, by the way. We'll talk about your current lifestyle and what goals you have. Then we'll be able to recommend a pathway for you to get started - whether you choose to work with us or not.
You'll also do a brief physical assessment so we can see how you move and you can see what it's like to have one of our coaches instructing you. Ideally, you both work well together and decide to keep the momentum by getting you on our coaching schedule! But if that's not the case, then we won't pressure you. We hate sales pressure!
