All remote/online services are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by emailing your coach, but no refunds will be granted. The subscription will continue to be valid through the end of your most recent payment.

Merchandise (clothing & electronics) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as it is still in new condition. Please email us for return details.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge up to 6pm the evening prior. For appointments that are canceled after that window, full charge is collected. No Shows are charged at full event price. More than two No Shows may result in no longer adding you to the schedule. No refunds for No Shows.


Your information is used only to fulfill your order. We do not have access to your credit card information. Your data will never be sold or shared with others. We may use your contact information to send you informational and/or promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from the emails at any time.
